Returns

You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days if you are an individual customer.

Returns from business customers are considered on an individual basis.

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

3. Carefully pack the returned goods for transport. Include information with the return order number in the parcel. Returned goods must not show any signs of use.
4. Please send the parcel at your own expense to the following address:

5. The refund will be made after the product has been verified – within 14 days of the date of receipt.
