1. General Provisions

The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online shop, placing orders, sales fulfilment, payments, delivery, returns, and the protection of Customers’ personal data.
A Customer of the shop may be any natural person, legal person, or organisational unit with legal capacity that purchases products available in the shop.

The Mill Mood shop carries out retail sales of kitchen and interior accessories, in particular salt and pepper mills, pepper shakers, salt shakers, and accessories such as mill trays and gift cards of a specific monetary value.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Redemption of the gift card takes place by entering a unique code during the order process. The gift card is delivered in paper form to the address provided by the Customer.
All products offered in the shop are brand new, free from defects, and covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Prices stated on the website are expressed in Polish Złoty (PLN) and do not include VAT, in accordance with the VAT exemption based on Art. 113(1) of the Value Added Tax Act.
The shop does not issue VAT invoices. At the Customer’s request, a bill or a non-VAT invoice may be issued.
Products are not made to individual order; however, if a Customer wishes to purchase a personalised product, they may contact the shop at: hello@millmood.pl.
The shop carries out sales within Poland and European Union countries.

Orders can be placed via the shop’s website: www.millmood.pl.
A condition for placing an order is the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the provision of correct data necessary for order fulfilment.
After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation of its acceptance via e-mail.
The sales contract is concluded in the Polish language.

The Customer may pay for the order in the following ways:
- BLIK,
- PayU,
- Przelewy24,
- cash on delivery.
All payments are handled by external payment operators ensuring secure data encryption.

Delivery of orders is carried out within Poland and European Union countries.
Available delivery methods:
- courier,
- InPost parcel locker,
- personal collection in Lubliniec or Koszęcin (by prior appointment).
Order fulfilment time is usually 1 to 3 working days, unless information on the product page indicates otherwise.
Free delivery applies to orders with a value exceeding 399 PLN gross.
Provisions regarding delivery also apply to gift cards in paper form.

A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send information about the cancellation of the purchase by e-mail to: hello@millmood.pl.
The product must be sent back immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of informing the shop of the withdrawal from the contract, to the address:
Mill Mood Studio Monika Odoj, Ul. Piaskowa 71, 42-286 Koszęcin.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless agreed otherwise.
The refund of payments (including delivery costs to the customer, if charged) will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product or proof of its return.
The refund will be made using the same method as the payment was made, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to gift cards after they have been delivered to the Customer, in accordance with Art. 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act.
The gift card is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable. If a product with a value higher than the value of the card is chosen, the Customer is obliged to pay the difference in price. If a product with a value lower than the value of the voucher is chosen, the unused amount is non-refundable and non-transferable and shall be forfeited.

The shop undertakes to deliver products free from defects.
Complaints can be submitted to the e-mail address: hello@millmood.pl, describing the problem and attaching photos of the product.
The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days of its receipt.
If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced, or a refund will be issued.

The administrator of Customers’ personal data is Monika Odoj, conducting business under the name Mill Mood Studio Monika Odoj.
Personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations for the purpose of fulfilling orders, maintaining a customer account, considering complaints, and – with consent – for marketing purposes.
The shop uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the service and to analyse website traffic.
Data may be transferred to courier companies and payment operators (PayU, Przelewy24) only to the extent necessary to fulfil the order.
Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer has the right to access their personal data, correct them, delete them, restrict processing, transfer data, and object, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services shall apply.
The shop reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. The Customer will be informed of any change by the publication of a new version on the website.
The Terms and Conditions come into force on the day of publication on the website www.millmood.pl.
